Deburr Pipe for Connection

What You Need

• Dremel D-Vise #2214

1. For a clean connection between metal pipes, you'll need to smooth the ends and remove burrs.

2. Secure the pipe in the D-Vise so it won't move as you work on it. If the pipe is very large you can clamp or tape it to your work surface.

3. Use the #952 stone to clean burrs from the pipe end.

4. Finish with a #428 brush to polish the pipe end for clean insertion into its connector.
